1. Processing
Orders are packed within one business day of payment. You get an email with tracking as soon as yours leaves us.
2. Delivery options
- Standard: 5-8 business days, $6.95, free on orders over $75.
- Express: 2-3 business days, $14.95.
- Priority overnight: next business day when ordered before 2pm, $29.95.
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships.
3. Packaging
Every order arrives gift-boxed. You can add a handwritten note at checkout.
4. Late or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier, then resend or refund if it is lost.
5. The 60-night trial
Sleep on it for up to 60 nights. If it is not for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund of the item price. Items should be clean and complete, but they do not need to be unused. That is the point of a trial.
6. Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original delivery charges are refunded if the whole order is returned.
7. Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. After that, the trial and returns process above applies.
